Grants may fund learning activities that cannot be funded through other schemes. Grants range from £50 to £5,000 but the average grant awarded to individuals is £1,000.
Grants can be made to individuals, community and voluntary or not for profit organisations, based in Darlington.
The grant supports activities that improve access to the labour market and overcome barriers to employment.
