Integrated Service Delivery
Darlington Children’s Trust has committed itself to building on the good and excellent services we already provide by bringing more services together and by developing integrated services across the whole Borough. By doing this, we are bringing together all of our resources to narrow the gaps in outcomes between different groups in the Borough. The Trust is working hard to implement the priorities set out in One Darlington: Perfectly Placed and the Children and Young People's Plan 2011-2014.
The Early Intervention and Prevention Teams in Darlington Work across three locality areas and are managed by Yvonne Coates, Head of Family Support. Yvonne is available at yvonne.coates@darlington.gov.uk
The Locality Profiles 2011-2012 have been developed to tell us about the needs of the community in each area. This helps Darlington Children's Trust develop the most appropriate services to improve outcomes for children, young people and their families.
