Aiming high for disabled children
Darlington Children's Trust has pledged to improve outcomes for all children and young people in Darlington and both the Chair and Vice-chair of the Children's Trust Board have endorsed the Every Disabled Child Matters Charter.
Aiming High for Disabled Children (AHDC): Better support for families was launched in May 2007. It is the transformation programme for disabled children's services. More information is available from the Department for Education [external website]
