Talking Together

It's Good to Talk

Talking Together events in July and early August are being held to talk about the future of the Feethams area of Darlington.

The Talking Together events give everyone the chance to speak to councillors and council officers about what they think the area could be used for in the future.

More information about the Feethams Consultation

Talking Together is an annual programme of 24 meetings which provides an opportunity for Darlington residents to ‘ have their say’ about issues that affect them. The events also provide an opportunity for the Council, the Police and PCT to find out what people think about changes to/improvements for service delivery.

These informal events are combined with family fun entertainment and 6 meetings are held every 3 months in a different ward in the Borough.

The events are attended by council staff from key council services such as Street Scene, Highways, Planning , Housing, Anti Social Behaviour Team. The Police, the Fire Brigade and staff from the Primary Care Trust also attend.
