In person

Tickets can be booked in person at the following venues:

 

Arts Centre Reception:       

Monday to Saturday  9am - 8pm

 

Civic Theatre Box Office:   

Monday to Saturday  9am - 8pm 

Sunday - 2 hours before performance

 

Tourist Information Centre, Dolphin Centre :   

Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm

Saturday 9am - 3pm

 

Cornmill Shopping Centre Box Office:

Monday to Saturday 10am - 4pm

Please call (01325) 486555 to book tickets: Monday to Saturday – 9am to 8pm. Tickets may be reserved, to be paid for within 3 working days, or paid for at the time of booking via MasterCard, Visa and Maestro cards.

If you are sending cheques or postal orders as payment for tickets please add a £1.75 booking fee to your total payment.  Please ensure you cross the cheques or postal orders and make them payable to Darlington Borough Council and indicate where you would like your tickets posted to or whether you would like to collect them from the box office. Please include a daytime telephone number in the event we need to contact you to clarify booking details.

Concessions


Civic Theatre

Where discounted or concessionary ticket prices are available for performances at Darlington Civic Theatre they apply to the following:

    • People aged 60 or over
    • Children under 16
    • People in full time education
    • People in receipt of JSA (Job Seeker's Allowance)
    • People in receipt of a disability related allowance.
      (A confirmation letter from the Benefits Agency, Entitlement Book, Entitlement to Disability Living Allowance, Disability Direct Payments, Independent Living Fund or a Blue Badge)

Note: We may ask you for proof of eligibility.

 

Arts Centre

Where concessions are available, Darlington Arts Centre operates a range of concessions the same as the Civic Theatre.   The liveDarlington concession scheme is also available on some performances.

Accessibility

 

A complimentary ticket is available to an essential companion, assisting a disabled person to attend a performance at Darlington Arts Centre or Civic Theatre.  We may ask you for proof of eligibility.
