Cultural Services are committed to ensuring that we and the services we provide meet the needs of Darlington's residents and visitors.  We can only do this if we know what people want.  This is why we carry out consultations and involve you in planning how our services operate in the future.

 

 We gather feedback through our Service Cards and Listening to You Cards or through our on-line Feedback Form

 

 We also carry out daily consultation with our customers and record their feedback, this is updated through our You Said... We Did.... board displayed on the second floor.  Consultation is also carried out through questionnaires and you can view our results for those carried out in our Under the Sea Soft Play Area.
