Q.  Can I put my child in the Soft Play area, whilst I exercise?

A.  You can put your child in the crèche on the following days/times whilst you exercise in the Dolphin Centre.
      Monday to Friday, 9.30am - 11.30am
      Cost:  £2.00 per child (structured session)
      Ages: 8 weeks to 5 years (pre-school children)

Q.  How do I go about becoming a member?

A.  You need to see a member of staff at Reception and complete a Fit4Life membership form.

Q.  How do I book a children's party in the Dolphin Centre?

A.  Please contact our Customer Services Team on 01325 388410/388406 or in person at the Dolphin Centre, who will

Q.  What age do you have to be to go into the gym?

A.  You need to be 14years of age before you are able to use the equipment in the Pulse Suite.

Q.  What are the temperatures of the pools?

A.  All the temperatures of the pools are maintained between 28º - 30ºC, in line with industry recommendations.

Q.  How much are the lockers?

A.  Lockers take a £1.00 coin, which is refundable.

Q.  I've lost my LiveDarlington card, how do I go about getting a replacement?

A.  You will need to call in to our Reception and see a member of staff, who will be happy to replace your card at a
      cost of £1.70.
