Your chance to shine in Darlington’s pantomime!

The Civic Theatre and Pantomime Producers Qdos have launched an x-factor style competition to give someone the chance to star in this year’s panto Jack and the Beanstalk.

The part up for grabs is that of the princess, and anyone wanting to audition must be between the ages of 16 and 30 and have a fantastic singing voice, and be available for 8 weeks from Monday 24 November. No stage experience is necessary. Initial auditions are to be held at the Civic Theatre on Sunday 21 September from 10am, with the grand final taking place at the Arts Centre on Sunday 5 October. The judging panel will include Dragon’s Den star Duncan Bannatyne and Managing Director of Qdos Pantomimes Michael Harrison.

At the present we are unable to display the friends discounts online.

This website includes details on all the exhibitions held in the Myles Meehan and Lounge galleries, opportunities to book rooms and catering for meetings and occasions, and also sponsorship opportunities.
