The Fit 4 Life package gives members unlimited access to the Pulse Suite gyms at the Dolphin Centre and Eastbourne Sports Complex, as well as to the swimming pools and 40 different classes.
With no expensive joining fee or administrative charge, joining couldn’t be easier. We are dedicated to helping you get into shape to look good in 2010.

Free Swimming for Over 60's
The Council has signed up to the Government's scheme to provide free swimming from 1 April 2009 for over 60's for the next two years.
Proof of eligibility will be required.
If you are a local resident or visitor to the area, we aim to provide a wide range of cultural activities for you to enjoy. Whether you're a fan of fitness, culture, history or the great outdoors, there is the chance to enjoy them all in Darlington - we look forward to seeing you.
