Family Pass,  2 Adults and up to 4 children per visit - £10.00

Yearly Membership

Annual Membership - £10.00 (unlimited visits per year, eligible age 6 upward)
Family Membership - £15.00 (unlimited visits per year, 2 Adults and up to 2 children)

Groups & Coach Parties

Visiting Head of Steam makes a great mornng or afternoon whether you are old or young where you can experience the history of railway in Darlington and its impact on modern history and the way we live today.

For groups of 10 or more you receive one free pass for every 10 paying visitors.

Educational Visits

Entry to Head of Steam for pupils on school visits is free if pre booked with Sarah Gouldsbrough, Museum Access Officer. Contact 01325 460532.
