This page contains quarterly performance information |
 |
Summary information will be updated after each quarter and the previous quarters summary will be available within the links. Quarterly committee reports can be found at the bottom of the page. The Council produces an annual corporate plan - pdf document, which sets out its broad aims for three years ahead and detailed targets for one year head. The plan should be considered in association with the Medium Term Financial Plan - pdf document(MTFP). In future years the corporate plan and MTFP will be combined into a single document.
The corporate plan provides the Council’s contribution to delivering the Community Strategy.
Performance against targets for services and the budget are summarised in the Combined Finance and Service Performance report that is presented to the Council’s Cabinet on a quarterly basis. Each Scrutiny Committee also receives a quarterly report that summarises performance for each service plan both in terms of achievement of targets and trends. The performance for each service plan is obtained by adding (or aggregating) the individual performance indicators (PIs) or measures in that plan together. Detail is provided of individual PIs for which targets are not being achieved and those where performance is good against target.
A short narrative [PDF 19kb] on performance for the latest quarter available is here and key points are listed below. For more detail please see the respective reports.
