Terms of Reference

To provide a forum for environmental groups and the Council to consider, promote and initiate proposals on environmental issues and consider the Council's environmental policies and issues.

Membership shall include the Chair and Vice-Chair of the Economy and Environment Scrutiny Committee, Cabinet Members with the Communities and Engagement and Sustainable Environment and Climage Change Portfolios and the Vice-Chair of the Neighbourhood Services Scrutiny Committee.

Membership also includes representatives from a variety of outside organisations including :

The Chair of this Forum shall be the Cabinet Member with the Sustainable Environment and Climate Change Portfolio and the Vice-Chair shall be appointed from one of the outside bodies.
