Terms of Reference

To consider environmental health matters; home and leisure safety issues; indoor and outdoor markets; Trading Standards and Fair Trading services; Licences and Permits issued by the Public Protection Division; Attendants/Stewards Registration Scheme; Licences issued under the Licensing Act 2003; and Crime and Disorder.

Membership shall include the Chair and Vice-Chair of the Neighbourhood Services Scrutiny Committee, the Chair and Vice-Chair of the Licensing Committee and the Cabinet Member with the Sustainable Environment and Climate Change Portfolio.
