Terms of Reference

Under the General Licensing Committee perform it duty under its Licensing and registration functions (as set out in Part B, Schedule 1 of the Local Authorities (Functions and Responsibilities)(England)Regulations 2000 (No. 2853), as amended; other than those delegated to the Director of Development and Environment in accordance with the Officers Scheme of Delegation.

Under the Licensing Act 2003 to perform its duties under the Licensing Act 2003, by way of Licensing Sub-Committees, other than those delegated to the Director of Development and Environment in accordance with the Officers Scheme of Delegation.
