In accordance with the Local Authorities (Members' Allowances) (England) Regulations 2003, Darlington Borough Council received a report from its Independent Members' Allowances Panel in respect of its Members' Allowances Scheme.
The Panel's report was considered by the Council at its meeting on 9th October, 2003.
Copies of the Panel's report are available at the Town Hall, Darlington DL1 5QT during the hours of 8.45 a.m. and 4.45 p.m. on Mondays to Fridays.
