Children's Story Club
Saturday Mornings: 10.30 a.m. - 11.30 .a.m.
Listen to stories – then be creative!
Come along to Darlington Junior Library where you can listen to a selection of stories and then join in a craft session supervised by one of our enthusiastic staff members. The craft 'theme' may be related to one of the stories or to a seasonal event.
Places are limited to 20 children, aged 3 – 10 years (approx)
Children under age 8 not to be left unsupervised.
Baby Rhyme Time - a mix of songs, music and movement
Last Friday in the month 1.30 p.m. - 2.30 p.m.
For Mums, Dads, Grans and Grandads – don't forget your babies and toddlers!
Come along to Darlington Junior Library and sing-a-long to popular Nursery Rhymes. A variety of musical instruments, suitable for all ages, are available to liven things up!
Booklets containing the words and actions to the rhymes are available for everyone – so there are no excuses for anyone not joining in!
Refreshments for adults and children served during the interval.
Out of School 'Group' Visits to Darlington Junior Library.
Organise an informative visit to the Library for the group of young people in your charge. We are able to adapt the content of the presentation to the specific needs of the group.
