Darlington Association of Governors feel that school governors play an important role in making sure this happens.
We are here to help represent the needs and views of all school governors to the LEA and to the National Governors Council. We are also here to spread good practice which is important is raising standards.in all schools.
We welcome comments, queries and feedback from governors on any issue affecting governorship, suggestions for improving the website and good practice in governorship which can be shared with other governing bodies. We are hoping to develop a governors forum where comments and feedback can be shared between governors and which will make it easier for the Association to given the comments of governors to the National Governors Council.
