Mowden Infants School

School Management Services resides within the Client Services area of the department. The services are sometimes known as "back office services" as they are services which support the delivery and improvement of Education behind the scenes, rather than delivering teaching and learning.

The main duties are to provide support services:
To schools, assisting governing bodies in their task of managing schools.
To internal departmental managers, ensuring the smooth running of departmental education functions.

These services comprise:

  • Finance and Administration
  • Personnel and Payroll
  • ICT
  • Information
  • Education Premises Development

Other services within the Client Services area include:

  • Home to School Transport
  • School Admissions
  • Student Finance
