Transition Support

Transition Support is a team of trained individuals who are dedicated to helping young people in the Darlington area in the transition from school to their post 16 destinations.

Our Advisers offer support, guidance and mentoring.  Our team, which is stationed at colleges and work-based learning providers across Darlington, are there to listen to students as a friend and to give individual attention.

They are able to help with organising time and work, and encourage young people to think about life after school, aid motivation and assist individuals to reach their goals.
