The service was established in April 2000 and is based at Harewood House in Darlington.
The Parent Partnership Service provides impartial and independent advice and information via its fully trained Independent Parental Supporters (IPS).
The service runs an advice line on 01325 254548, where you will receive advice relating to special educational needs.
The service also produces a termly newsletter with lots of information for parents/carers, schools and support organisations – please ring if you would like to receive the newsletter.
To obtain a copy of the service leaflet, directory of support and voluntary groups or a range of information sheets on a variety of subjects from annual reviews to organising your paperwork just call 01325 254548.
