Buddy Scheme
The Council is now introducing a ‘buddy scheme’ whereby people helping on plots can formally register themselves as co-workers. Only one ‘buddy’ per plot will be allowed and this person should now be formally registered as a co-worker. If you have had a ‘Buddy’ helping you on the plot, please register him/her onto the ‘scheme’. Your Buddy will need to fill in the application form below and will have to demonstrate that they have been an essential part of running the allotment for a minimum of 3 years, before being able to take over the plot.
