The Tees Valley is an area within the North East made up of Darlington, Hartlepool, Middlesbrough, Redcar, Saltburn, Guisborough and Stockton on Tees.
It's an area with many secrets and surprises. Due to the nature of its diverse landscape, there are still many areas to be explored.
The Tees Forest is one of 12 Community Forests in England. The Tees Forest team works with local authorities such as Darlington Borough Council, landowners and local people to create well-wooded landscapes and new opportunities for recreation, wildlife, work and education.
