Darlington Borough Council carry out clinical waste collections on behalf of Darlington Primary Care Trust (PCT) This is a discreet weekly service separate from domestic waste and includes the collection of incontinence waste; sharps containers (hypodermics); gauzes and dressings.
You can arrange a clinical waste collection through your GP or nurse.

Please also contact Customer Services if you have changed address and need to find out the new day of collection or if you or a relative no longer require the collection service.
