MyDarlington+ allows you to view your rent details online.
You can pay your rent online, or through our automated telephone system - 01325 389898
You can use MyDarlington+ to view the details of any Darlington properties you rent, and also for any garages you rent from us.
How to set up your housing rent balance on MyDarlington+
Log into your MyDarlington+ account (visit About MyDarlington+ to find out how to login or register)
Once you are logged in, go to the Housing Rents box and click on Click here to register to view your housing rental online.
You will then need to enter some information so that you can access your account.
Step 1 - Enter your tenancy number.
This is similar to your rent account number which is shown:
- on your rent payment card
- your quarterly rent statement
- any other letter you may have received about your rent account.
Leave the last digit of your account number out, otherwise MyDarlington+ may not accept your number
If you do not know your tenancy number, please telephone Customer Services on 01325 388542 between 8.30am – 5.00pm Monday to Thursday or 8.30am – 4.30pm Friday
Step 2 - Enter your details
- Date of birth
- Initial
- Last name
- Postcode (leave this blank if the property is a garage)
Your initial, surname and postcode will be automatically transferred across from the details you entered when you registered on MyDarlington+ but you can overwrite them here if you need to.
You can sign up as many housing rent accounts as you want (for example, you may rent a house and a garage so you may have two accounts)
Step 3 - Verification
Once you have entered your details click register. Depending on the details you have submitted we will either be able to approve your account straight away or we may need to manually approve your details.
If we need to manually approve your details, you will not be able to access your account straightaway. If you still cannot access your account after five working days, please assume that your account has been rejected.
If your account has been approved straight away, you will receive a message saying so.
Viewing your housing rent account
You can then return to your MyDarlington+ home page and view all your housing rent accounts. Go to the Housing Rents box and click on the view details link.
You can also add a new account by clicking on click here to register to view your housing rental online again.
To disassociate an account from your MyDarlington+ profile, click on the delete? link next to your account.
When you click on view details you will see the detailed information for your property or garage.
