SPINNING BOOST FOR DOLPHIN CENTRE

Staff Trying Out the new bikes

14/07/04 - Colin Morris, Chief Executive of Darlington Primary Care Trust, today unveiled the Dolphin Centre's brand new Spinning Bikes. The Centre has spent £18,000 on the 21 new Tomahawk bikes and they will be used in all of their Spinning Classes from today.

Spinning is an energetic and exciting group cycling class to suit all fitness levels. The Dolphin Centre currently runs 4 sessions per week, one of which is female only. The classes not only improve fitness, but they are also a great fat burner. A typical class lasts between forty-five minutes and an hour, with classes held at varying times of the day.

Colin Morris, who is also a Spinning Instructor at the Dolphin Centre, said: "Spinning is fantastic all round exercise and is accessible to anybody whether they are young or old, fit or not so fit. This is a fabulous investment by the Dolphin Centre, which customers old and new will really welcome."
