John Rothwell will be talking about Legends of the Ebor Street Gang – a story of youngsters born in the North-East during the Second World War, who grew up in the 1950s and became the rock and roll generation.
The talk will take place at Head of Steam – Darlington Railway Museum on Sunday June 29 at 2pm

On Monday June 30, Anna Ralph will be signing copies of her novel Before I Knew Him and speaking about the book at Crown Street Library from 6.30pm. The book is about two young friends who pledge to keep a dangerous secret.
