Popular Ways to Tell Us About It
- Complaints or Compliments - If things go wrong we need you to let us know so that we can take action to put things right. The Council's corporate complaints procedure has two stages.
- Discussion Forums - You can view and contribute to a number of moderated online discussions forums which discuss various Council proposals.
- Social Networking - you can also let us know what you think through our Facebook [external link] and Twitter [external link] profiles. A full list of all our profiles can be found on our Social Networking page.
- If you want to get in touch with a specific department, you can use our contacts page to find the phone number/email address you require.
Forums
Darlington Borough Council has set up a number of discussion forums to enable an additional way to engage with the community. Feedback from the forums will be used alongside other activities such as Talking Together events to determine future decisions.
