Adult Social Services, Health and other orgnisations work together to provide people with a mental health need, with the support they require. The aim is to ensure that people with a mental health need and their carers are able to live as independently as possible in the community.
The service is based at 4 Woodland Road, Darlington and at Hundens Lane Centre, Darlington.
