Services are provided to support people over the age of 18 who have a physical disability and who have been identified as being in need of support following an assessment.
The services available may range from basic pieces of equipment and adaptations to help with everyday tasks, to residential and nursing care for those people who are unable to live independently in their own homes and require constant care.
