Sheltered Housing
There are several Sheltered Housing Schemes in Darlington.
They are usually a group of unfurnished apartments or bungalows, specially designed and built for people who are able to live an independent life, but would benefit from additional security and support.
Each scheme has a dedicated manager and the properties are fitted with an alarm system that will enable you to contact help in an emergency, 24 hours a day.
