Mental Health Carers Support Worker
A Mental Health Carers Support Worker has been appointed to provide additional support for carers. Their role is to offer support and advice to carers on specific issues following referrals from the Care Co-ordinators. This may be on a time-limited basis. She will also signpost carers to other sources of support.
