Support getting out and about in the community
Support is available to assist disabled people to get out and about among their local community and participate in activities.
Staff can support disabled people to develop their independent living skills outside the home, for example it may be helping people to develop confidence about going to public places, the library getting on a bus or using a bank.

There may be a cost for your services. This will depend on the type and amount of support you receive. You can find out more information on the financial assessment
