The Children with Disabilities Team is part of Children’s Services and works with other professionals e.g. health, schools and voluntary organisations to provide advice and support to families in caring for a disabled child.
All requests for a service will be responded to, usually by an assessment to understand the best way that the family and professionals can work to support the child and any services the family may need to do this.
