Mystery Shopping

A ‘mystery shopper’ is someone who helps us test and monitor the quality of our service, check to make sure that they are of a high standard, to ensure we follow procedures correctly and to identify where improvements can be made.

All volunteers are provided with training so that they can play an active part in a series of mystery shops to monitor service delivery.  Mystery shoppers will usually take part in four mystery shops a year.

It can be done in person, by telephone, by letter, by email, over the internet or in any way that tenants make contact with us.
