Performance Information

The Council uses a range of indicators to monitor its performance across the services that it provides.

The Tenants’ Board looked at those indicators and chose the ten they thought would be of interest to tenants. 

The top ten indicators selected were:

  • Percentage of calls handled within 20 seconds (LI 2153)
  • Percentage of emergency repairs completed on time (LI 2116)
  • Percentage of all repairs appointed on first contact (LI 2114)
  • Percentage of dwellings serviced within the last 12 months (LI 2125)
  • Percentage of jobs completed on first visit using van stock (LI 2120)
  • Percentage of repairs undertaken as emergencies (LI 2147)
  • Percentage of tenants satisfied with repairs service (LI 2159)
  • Undertake repairs before letting within 20 days (LI 2110)
  • Undertake repairs on gas and electric checks within 3 days (Repairs on Letting) (LI 2113)
  • Percentage of urgent repairs completed on time (LI 2118)

Performance against these indicators is reported to the Tenants’ Board.

The graphs for each of the indicators chosen show the current performance and target along with previous year’s performance where available and were updated monthly.
