Housing Estates Team

The Housing Estates Section is led by Hazel Neasham, Housing Estates Manager.  

Housing Tenancy Management

The Housing Team Leader is Veruta Barlow.

  • Linda Johnston - Hundens Lane, Skerne Park and Albert Hill
  • Claire Queen - Skerne Park, Bank Top and Park Place
  • David Duthie - Firthmoor
  • Tracy Wetherill - Lascelles, Hurworth and Middleton St George

The Senior Housing Support Officer is Harriet Dobson and the Tenancy Support Officers are Richard Guy, Rachel Howard, Sharon Loddey, Barbara Pawson, Claire Braybrook.

Housing Admin And Advisors

Tony Martin, Housing Team Leader, is responsible for Housing Admin & Advisors.

The Housing Advisors who all act as a back up and support to the Management Officers.  The Advisors also carry out surgeries, estate inspections, visits and interviews with the customers. They are:

  • Pearl Ward (job share)
  • Claire Hughes
  • Suzanne Jenkinson (job share)

We also have an Administration section, including raising sundry debtors, direct debits, payment of bills, right to buy and leaseholders, and audit of accounts, refunds and reconciliations, etc.

The Debt Recovery Team are Alison Garbutt and Natalie Atkins.  The Customer Services Advisor is Leesa Crute.   The Housing Accounts Officers Rita Moss and Delphine Clewlow (job share) and Sheila Harris.  The Administration Clerical Assistants are Rebecca Gardner and John MooresKimberley Graham is the Scanning Clerk and Linda Wheeler is a Clerical Assistant.  Angela Cammish is the Advisory Officer

Housing Options Team

The Team Leader for Housing Options is Janette McMain.

The Senior Housing Options Advisor is Karen Chittenden and the Housing Options Advisors are Gemma Huddlestone, Lesley Excell, Marion Burns.

Housing Investment Team

The Housing Investments Manager is Chris Harris and the Customer Liaison Officers are Sandra Teasdale and Louise Cockfield.  The Contract and Visiting Officers are Dean Morris and Caron Nelson.

Housing IT Team

Paul Martin is the IT Liaison Officer and Helen Winterburn is the Information Assistant.

Tenancy Enforcement Team

Graham Carter & Lyndsey Jenkins are the Tenancy Enforcement Officers

Valerie Rutherford is the Tenant Empowerment Manager and Lesley Coatsworth is the Tenant Empowerment Officer.
