Do Drop in

Our Housing Advisory Officers offer a drop in service whenever possible during our normal  opening hours: however we do suggest that lunch periods (i.e. 12.00 noon to 2.00 pm) be avoided.

They offer a wide-ranging service to anyone wanting accommodation and especially to those who are homeless or in danger of losing their home.  Our Advisors try to prevent homelessness before it reaches crises situations, by talking and negotiating with private landlords and acting as mediators.  The key phrase is "Prevention is Better Than Cure".

They also provide specialist advice on:

  • Hospital discharge
  • Health issues
  • Ex-offenders
  • Young People
  • Domestic Abuse
