Helping You Stay in your Own Home

If you do not want to move from your present home because of ill health or disability, Adult Social Services, Health and various independent organisations work in partnership to provide help you need to continue to live independently in your own home.  This may help you stay independent as you get older, or as a disability worsens or to recover after a period of ill health or hospitalisation.
