Housing Support Scheme
The Housing Support Team provides a service that delivers housing related support to individuals and families that live in the Darlington area.
The Scheme aims to develop and sustain independent living skills, enabling individuals to remain in their own homes.
Aims
We aim to:
- Enable people to stay in their home by offering Housing Related Support
- Promote effective customer, agency involvement and independence
- Enable people to make choices and shape the service
- Work with local agencies
- Promote equal opportunities for all
