Please note in order to protect you from unauthorised access to your personal information and to comply with the Council's legal obligations under the Data Protection Act 1998, we require authorisation from you before any information is disclosed to a third party, requesting information on your behalf.

If you wish to give your permission to someone to have access to your personal details please complete an Access to Personal Information [pdf document] form and return it to Housing Services.
