Improvements, Aerials and Satellite Dishes
You must not make any structural change to the property without written permission. This includes the erection of aerials and satellite dishes. If we refuse permission, we will give you our reasons in writing. If we give our permission, we may set certain conditions. If you do not meet the conditions we will take away our permission.
Planning Permission/Building Regulations
You may still need to get planning permission before the work is started and follow building regulations. All work done at the property needs to be completed to a high standard. All works involving gas supply must be checked by a Corgi registered engineer and all electrical work by an NICEIC approved contractor.
You may be entitled to compensation for any improvements that you make. Please contact your local housing office to discuss this further.
