What Improvements Do We Do?
We want our tenants to live in homes that are modern, warm, comfortable and are of a good standard. In order to achieve this we provide new kitchens, bathrooms and heating systems through a planned programme of works, ensuring that every year our properties are being improved.
Other improvements to our properties include full electric rewires and where appropriate outside security lighting to ensure our properties are safe and secure.
The Decent Standard/The Darlington Standard
The Government has set guidelines as to what constitutes a decent standard of accommodation here in Darlington we not only achieve this but exceed the guidelines and have our own Darlington Standard.
