If we need to get into your home to carry out a repair you will be offered a choice of times to suit your convenience. These are:
Monday to Friday:

Morning - 8.00 am to 12.00 Noon

Once an appointment is given it is important that you are in when the operative calls. If you are not in, the job will be cancelled. The operative will leave a card advising that he has called, with the Call and Contact Centre telephone number 01325 388542, so you can arrange a new appointment time.
No Smoking Policy
The Council operates a No Smoking at Work Policy and subsequent to Government legislation we would request that all tenants refrain from smoking in the presence of our operatives whilst they are working in your home.
