To protect you from unauthorised access to your personal information, and to comply with the Council's legal obligations under the Data Protection Act 1998, we require authorisation from you before any information is disclosed to a third party, requesting information on your behalf.

Speaking to Someone on your Behalf

If, however, you would like us to talk to someone on your behalf about your:

  • Housing rent
  • Former Rent Account
  • Housing Benefit
  • Housing Application or Options
  • Or if you wish for any correspondence to be forwarded to someone to deal with your affairs

Please complete an Access to Personal Information form [pdf document] and return it to Housing Services.
