Good Neighbour Schemes

These are individual unfurnished apartments and bungalows all in the same area or complex. You will have neighbours of a similar age and your own external door.

Most schemes have a communal lounge for social activities together with gardens, security and safety features. All schemes have a dedicated manager.

Each property is also linked to Darlington's Control Centre ensuring a response twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week and in an emergency we call upon Darlington's team of Lifeline Response officers to attend when your Scheme Manager is off duty.
