Properties with Pull Cords

These are properties which are smaller and easier to manage with the extra security of a pull cord in case of an emergency. There are over 900 ground floor flats and bungalows throughout the Borough.

This type of accommodation does not have a dedicated Warden to provide contact on a daily basis. There is however, a Mobile Warden service available 24 hours a day. Just pull the cord in an emergency and one of our Mobile Wardens can respond as quickly as possible.
