Gentle Exercise Classes for the Over 50s

Wardens in our Sheltered Housing Schemes have been specially trained keeping residents, their friends, in fact any older person wishing to join in - fit and healthy. This is GEM - Get everyone motivated

Fun and Games are part of keeping the mobile and the less mobile involved in various activities, throwing and catching a ball, co-ordination tasks, singing and creating dance routines. For the less mobile, simple movements such as ankle and wrist rotation, gentle leg lifts and stretching. Many of those who take part in GEM find it is  sociable and fun, members are not overstretched and your exercise routine is specially tailored to you.

All Community Centres/Schemes have level access and are wheelchair friendly.
