Appointments
If we need to get into your home to carry out a repair you will be offered a choice of times to suit your convenience. From 14th February 2011 these are:
Monday to Thursday

We have an extended appointment day on Wednesday, appointments are from 4pm until 7pm.
Friday

8.00am to 12.00pm
Unfortunately we cannot give a specific time.
Please keep your appointment
Once an appointment is given it is important that you are in when the operative calls. If you are not in, the job will be cancelled. The operative will leave a card advising that he has called, with Customer Services telephone number 01325 388542, so you can arrange a new appointment time.
No Smoking Policy
The Council have a No Smoking at Work Policy and subsequent to Government legislation we would request that all tenants refrain from smoking in the presence of our operatives whilst they are working in your home.
