Research shows keeping active can improve your health, confidence and quality of life.

Exercise is a great stress buster. It can help you keep the weight off but, more importantly, it will lower your risk of developing major chronic diseases.   Aim for at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity a week, which can be broken down into 10, 20 or 30 minutes of activity a day.

Health and Fitness Timetable

Any amendments to our timetable can be found on our Opening Times/Prices Page.

Our timetable includes Les Mills classes, which are held in 13,000 health clubs in 75 countries.  In Darlington, Les Mills classes are delivered by trained instructors from local company Fit-Lab [external link] who will deliver around 20 classes per week including BodyCombat, BodyAttack, BodyStep, BodyBalace and Zumba the new party class that’s storming the country.
With around 60 classes for customers to enjoy the Dolphin Centre and Fit-Lab welcome everyone to join in the fun and get fit!

Complete Sports Medicine Ltd is now based in the Dolphin Centre; located on the ground floor near to our Soft Play area.
They can offer Physiotherapy, Sports Massage, Injury Management, Rehabilitation, Back to Basics (Chronic Back Pain) Classes, Post-Operative Rehabilitation, Acupuncture and Nutrition.
They can also offer sport teams a physical screening, the results of which will identify any physical limitations that may affect an athlete’s ability.
