Soft Play Birthday Party - 2 January 2012
I would like to express my appreciation for the fantastic service your staff provided today for my son's birthday today. We are new to this whole children's party scene and I am absolutely amazed at the level of service that the team provided us with today. The party was held in the soft play area and food was served afterwards upstairs by a girl called Lauren. I would really appreciate it if you could pass our appreciation on to the team, especially Lauren who made the day so so special. Her attitude, efficiency, personality and normality were faultless.
Well done to everyone involved, it is not the norm this level of service, however you have it in abundance.

Christmas Party Nights - December 2011
I attended our works Christmas party on 9 December 2011. From start to finish my friends and I had a fabulous time.
The Room and tables were beautifully dressed and the food was great. What I noticed the most was the fabulous organisation and seamless service. We all commented on the very precise table service by your waiting staff, “very polished”
It was a great relief to see that you also had an excellent bar service in place what a difference from the usual “bar scrum”.
All your staff worked very hard and are to be congratulated on their professionalism.

Holiday Activities - August 2011
My son has been on the street swords class at the dolphin this week (8-12 August 2011) - he's loved it. Just want to say thanks for a well run, fun course.
